Can I collect the goods myself?

We are unable to allow self collection of orders as our warehouse is not in Singapore. In general please note that the ordered products will be delivered by courier service to you.

Where is the origin of the products?

The origin of the standard products we produced are from our factory in China. All our products are of premium quality with GRADE A standard. The items after manufacturing, will all go through our scheduled inspection by our professional inspection team from Europe. Even though, the tight inspection schedules, in case, there is any defective product that you have received, please let us know within 7 days and we shall replace it accordingly.

What is the warranty of the products?

There is no warranty for such kind of novelty items however if you received any defective products please let us know within 7 days and we will replace it for you. After the 7 days period, we will not accept any defective claims.
